デザイン → モバイル→レイアウトの部分のidが 

navi-design-layout_<!--{$smarty.const.DEVICE_TYPE_MOBILE}-->

と、"layout" の次が "_"(アンダーバー)なっている。

このidのcssの設定は行われていない。

メニューのidの指定が、すべて"-"でつながれているので、統一したほうがよい。
