Description
Windowsでは、1970/01/01 以前の日付が扱えないので、 年齢幅を 70 歳にしているとエラーになる。
(例)2007/03/05～2007/03/06の集計
1997/03/05～2007/03/06 1987/03/05～1997/03/06 1977/03/05～1987/03/06 NULL(エラー)～1977/03/06
