Description

開発コミュニティにて、sumidaさんから指摘がありました。  http://xoops.ec-cube.net/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=12450&forum=9&post_id=57342

受注登録または受注編集にて、お届け日欄を編集し、在しない日付を指定すると、エラーなく、2005年で編集される

解決案も出ています。

自分の環境（CentoS6 PHP5.3.3 Postgres8.4)で、DBエラーになっていおりましたので、
r23053 にて対応をおこないました。
