Description

javascriptがtransactionidを埋め込む前にsubmitされると遷移エラーになる。

r20379 で管理画面にローディング画面を追加しました。aタグとinput[type=submit]は出してるけど、input[type=button]は画面遷移以外でも使ってそうなので除外してます...
