Description
世の中には無茶苦茶な設定のサーバがあるようなので。
- とりあえず、UTF-8 (ASCII 含む) と SJIS-win のみ検出できれば十分と考えています。
- 不要でも JIS や eucJP-win も含めるべきか悩む。(SJIS-win として誤検出されるケースもありそうなので)
