携帯のみならずＰＣでも発生する恐れあり。

トランザクション処理内においてdtb_order_tempに対し明示的な行ロックをかけていない事が原因と思われる。
また、多重読み込み時の処理が無く、トランザクションの意味をあまり成していない。修正の方針はフォーラムに記載していますが手付かずです。
