v2.13.2です。実害（未確認ですが、class側で設定しているようなので）はないと思いますが、スマホ用非会員購入のテンプレートに、FORM_COUNTRY_ENABLEにfalseを設定した場合の初期値（非表示項目）が展開されていません。ちなみに、PCでは、展開を行っています。
